The free trial
New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. A card is asked for up front. You are not charged during the trial. After the trial the plan renews on its own, every month or every year depending on what you chose, until you cancel.
Prices
The current prices are shown in the pricing section of our home page and on the Membership page inside Tabitha, before you pay.
How to cancel or change plan
Open Settings, then Manage subscription. That opens the secure billing page where you can cancel, change plan or update your card. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When a plan ends: 14 days of grace
When a plan ends, you do not lose anything.
- For 14 days everything carries on exactly as before, and you will see a notice saying so.
- After 14 days you can still see everything, download a copy, and edit or delete what is there. You cannot add new things (tasks, events, people, invitations) until you choose a plan again.
- Nothing is ever deleted because a plan ended. Choose a plan at any time and everything is back to normal.
If a payment does not go through
Stripe tries the card again over the following days and emails you. Your access carries on while it tries. You can update your card in Manage subscription. If the payment cannot be taken at all, the plan ends and the 14 days of grace above begin.
Refunds
If you pay and change your mind, ask us within 14 days of your first payment through the contact page and we will refund that payment in full, whether or not you have used Tabitha. After that we do not refund part-used periods; you can cancel to stop the next payment.
Your statutory rights
This page does not take away any right you have by law as a consumer, including your right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days and your rights if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
